Free shipping cost from Bali Indonesia if your order exceeds the amount of US$ 5000 for every time shipment and free shipping cost plus 3% -5% discount for order exceeds the amount of US$ 10,000 for every time shipment.

 

We always send our orders using courier services or other courier nominated by the customer. Freight cost can be paid by the customer using their local courier account or we will make pre-payment in Bali on your authority. Our proforma invoice includes the cost of your order FOB plus the cost of freighting.

 

It is necessary to supply an address which can be used by courier service delivery for door to door transactions. PO BOX address will not be accepted. It is essential to include your telephone or fax number.

 

NOTE  ON  BALLPENS, STONES AND CASTING

We  use fillers of international quality in manufacturing our ballpens. We use high quality fillers as our standard, but we will gladly produce based on the preference of the buyer. Understand such a change alters the length and weight of the final product, resulting in a shift in catalog-quoted price.

 

In our catalogue we have been quite specific about the stones used and their costs. If you wish to substitute other stones in an item please be accurate in your description. A change in stones can mean a change in price because stone prices vary according to quality. We will notify you at the time of ordering of such price differences.

 

We have developed a casting method to provide for such order. Using the latest hi-tech casting equipmen combined with the traditional techniques of the Balinese artisans we can deliver a product which to all intents and purposes looks like a handmade piece.
